Parking

I went to the mall the other day. I got there a little early so I had time to watch the passing scene. I watched the employees of the stores arrive and park. Most of them parked in the spots closest to the entrance of the mall so that the close spaces were not available to the customers with the exception of the handicapped spaces.

This brought back a comment one of my customers made to me in response to the "How's Business" question. Business is just great; but it would be so much better if it weren't for the customers.

A lot of the people running these establishments to provide products or services to the customer should have more concern for the customer. If you open the doors and the customer can't get in why open the doors. It doesn't make sense to require the customer make the extra effort when the same product/service is available a couple of doors away.
